The mobile trommel screen is used for solid waste screening such as MSW, construction and decoration waste.The mobile drum screen greatly expands the concept of screening operations.Its design tenet is to stand on your side and take the obstacles of  operations caused by screening sites and environments as the primary problem, and provide you with efficient and low-cost project operation hardware facilities, which truly provide simplicity, high efficiency and low Cost of project operation facilities.Compared with the stationary production line, the mobile drum screen has a short cycle and quick follow-up, which reduces the investment risk of the investors, and avoids the demolition and construction work after the project is completed, which is more economical and environmentally friendly.
Working Principle
Trommel screen is installed in a small angel with the input end a little higher than the output end.After having entered into the drum,the material moves along with the drum's rotation.During the rotation and the moving forward,the small sized material drops through the screen holes,the big sized material will be discharged at the discharging chute at the end.This rotation can make sure the material go through enough holes to greatly optimize the separation effect

JONO was founded in 2006 and is located in Wujiang District, Suzhou. By 2018, JONO has undertaken more than 80+ EPC Projects, which are distributed in more than 40 cities . Our equipment is capable of handling more than 50,000 tons of waste every day.Through persistence and accumulation, we have the proprietary knowledge of total solutions in eight segments, including Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), organic waste, decoration waste, construction waste, recyclables, bulky waste, industrial waste and landfill waste.

 

This project with the treatment capacity of 600t/d is set for a fine sorting of MSW before they were sent to the CFB (circulating fluidized bed) for incineration.it is the first pilot plant at Singapore to treat the non-source sorted waste, it includes pre-treatment, bio-drying and post-treatment, within the pre-treatment, HDPE, LDPE,PP and MIX PET will be sorted out, the remains will be sent to bio-drying box, after 8-9days, the water content will be reduced from 45% to 25%. After the post treatment,ferrous, non-ferrous and inert could be separated. Eventually the calorific value of RDF will be increased from 1000kcal/kg to 3800kcal/kg, which could reach the EU standard Class III. This MBT plant is focusing on recycling and RDF production, a good reference case for the idea of " waste to value".

 

Jono has independently developed the MSW mechanical biological treatment technology, and aunched the automatic disposal scheme of waste classification and treatment smart factory.   After the intelligent separation of mixed MSW, the disposal path for products includes: Aerobic/Anaerobic fermentation to produce high-quality biological fertilizer; plastic granulation; production of high calorific value refused derived fuel RDF.
