Overview:

Applications:
The equipment mainly applies to the recovery of non-ferrous metals from industrial waste and domestic waste. It can achieve a good separation result of multiple non-ferrous metals with its automatic separation of non-ferrous metals from non-metal material, which saves labor, achieves high efficiency and increases output.

Working Principle:
The eddy current non-ferrous metal separator is composed of conveyor belt, magnetic poles and eddy current drum. The drive motor of the conveyor belt is at the side of feeding area. The high speed rotary magnetic poles build in the eddy current among the non-ferrous metal scraps. Under the interaction of its inner magnetic fields, the non-ferrous scraps will be repelled and ejected away from the original material flow. JONO's eccentric magnetic pole technique can effectively ensure the separation ratio and unit throughput.

Advantanges:
JONO's eddy current separator applies the eccentric magnetic pole technique, that is, inside the eddy current drum, the eccentric magnetic pole is installed, to ensure that the change of the magnetic field will concentrate in the area where the material takes the force most.  The magnetic pole can be varied as needed so as to ensure the minimized effect of the trajectory to enhance the force on the material.

The conventional concentric magnetic pole technique usually produces magnetic field prematurely, which makes it impossible to effectively sort the material.  By comparison, the eccentric magnetic pole technique ensures that a maximum instantaneous magnetic field will be generated during separation and there is no magnetic field at the other positions of the head drum.  In this way, there is no residual non-ferrous metal materials rotating along with the head drum, or otherwise, the belt and the drum shall be severely damaged.  That is also an aspect that the eccentric magnetic pole technique is superior to the concentric magnetic pole technique.

The optimum separation effect of JONO eddy current separator also results from the adoption of NdFeB magnet, ultra-thin conveyor belt, non-conductive shell made of fiber reinforced composites, sealed stainless steel protection layer of magnetic poles and boltless fixing of magnet blocks, which are all necessary factors ensuring magnetic field intensity, separation precision and efficiency.

Type and Model:
JONO provides the full range of eddy current non-ferrous metal separators, which makes JONO capable of providing the best separation equipment for each project.  Having working width ranging from 500mm to 2,500mm, all JONO eddy current non-ferrous metal separators fall into two series with distinctive features of the magnetic pole of each series.

1FWX series are used to process the material whose particle size is larger than 5mm.  Possessing the feature of high throughput, convenient and safe operation, wide range of choise, high adaptability to the change of material and products requirements, the 1FWX series are the most widely used type.

1FWY series are used to process fine particles whose particle size is within 1-20mm.  The equipment possesses the features of high throughput, convenient and safe operation, wide range of choise, high adaptability to the change of material and products requirements, and can be used for the project such as separation of fine material from shredders, bottom ashes of incinerated garbage, municipal waste and casting sand of aluminium plant.
