YA series circular vibrating screen is specially designed for sorting construction waste and fine material. It can also be used for product classification in coal preparation, mineral preparation, building materials, electric power and chemical industry.The output and energy consumption of the vibrating screen are up to the national standard, ranking the advanced level at home and abroad, and being well received by customers in all industries.This model has long material flow line, many screening specifications, clear screening of all specifications, high screening efficiency, not easy to block.

Working Principle
When it's working,the motor rotates the exciter eccentric block at high speed through the v-belt.The eccentric block in operation generates a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the circular movement of the screen ubit with a certain amplitude. The material on the screen unit is subjected to the impulse passed by the screen unit on the inclined screen surface and produces a continuous throwing movement. When the material meets the screen surface, the particles smaller than the screen hole are screened through, so as to realize separation.

By 2018, JONO has undertaken more than 80+ EPC Projects, which are distributed in more than 40 cities . Our equipment is capable of handling more than 50,000 tons of waste every day.Through persistence and accumulation, we have the proprietary knowledge of total solutions in eight segments, including Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), organic waste, decoration waste, construction waste, recyclables, bulky waste, industrial waste and landfill waste.

 

This project with the treatment capacity of 600t/d is set for a fine sorting of MSW before they were sent to the CFB (circulating fluidized bed) for incineration.it is the first pilot plant at Singapore to treat the non-source sorted waste, it includes pre-treatment, bio-drying and post-treatment, within the pre-treatment, HDPE, LDPE,PP and MIX PET will be sorted out, the remains will be sent to bio-drying box, after 8-9days, the water content will be reduced from 45% to 25%. After the post treatment,ferrous, non-ferrous and inert could be separated. Eventually the calorific value of RDF will be increased from 1000kcal/kg to 3800kcal/kg, which could reach the EU standard Class III. This MBT plant is focusing on recycling and RDF production, a good reference case for the idea of " waste to value".

 

Jono has independently developed the MSW mechanical biological treatment technology, and aunched the automatic disposal scheme of waste classification and treatment smart factory.   After the intelligent separation of mixed MSW, the disposal path for products includes: Aerobic/Anaerobic fermentation to produce high-quality biological fertilizer; plastic granulation; production of high calorific value refused derived fuel RDF.
