Product Description

Integrating the material receiving, storing and dosing , walking floor system is used in variety of industries to handle bulk material. Fed by a wheel loader in batch typically, it can discharge material in flow which is always necessary for subsequent material process.Meantime, it also works as a buffering bunker to store material temporarily.
 

Working Principle


By hydraulically driving, the neighbor movable plate at the bottom moves asynchronously to make the material move in one certain direction. A drum that rotates in the same direction as the material moves is set at the discharging port. By this reasonable combination and the gap between the drum and the movable plate, the material is discharged continuously and evenly.

  • Homogenizing roller is made of carbon steel to ensure the structural strength and reduce the weight of the equipment. The shaft and the cylinder are connected by tension sleeves, and the assembly operation is simple and the assembly precision is high.Easy maintenance and replacement due to the modular design.The bunker wall, feeding plate and the scraping piece on the drum are made of wear-resistant steel plates, which are durable.The feeding plates are sealed with each other by a labyrinth pattern, which can effectively prevent materials from entering the gap between the feeding plate to realize self-cleaning.The uniform roller is driven by a hollow shaft motor, which is stable and reliable.The scrap plate is designed in a multi-spiral structure, which can effectively reduces the winding possibility of the drum and improves the efficiency of the feeding.An maintenance door is designed outside to facilitate cleaning operations and maintenance

Eco-Friendly Organic Kitchen Waste Step Feeder for Easy Disposal

This project with the treatment capacity of 600t/d is set for a fine sorting of MSW before they were sent to the CFB (circulating fluidized bed) for incineration. Specifically, JONO introduces the Lindner shredding technology and adopts two-stage shredding process in this project to shred the combustible materials into 80 mm fuel (SRF) so as to enhance the complete combustion rate and mitigate the pressure of treating the exhaust gas. Besides, the mechanical sorting process is also applied in this project to sort out ferromagnetic metals, in-combustibles (glass, stone, ash, etc.) and combustibles.

The first pilot plant at Singapore to treat the non-source sorted waste, it includes pre-treatment, bio-drying and post-treatment, within the pre-treatment, HDPE, LDPE,PP and MIX PET will be sorted out, the remains will be sent to bio-drying box, after 8-9days, the water content will be reduced from 45% to 25%. After the post treatment,ferrous, non-ferrous and inert could be separated. Eventually the calorific value of RDF will be increased from 1000kcal/kg to 3800kcal/kg, which could reach the EU standard Class III. This MBT plant is focusing on recycling and RDF production, a good reference case for the idea of " waste to value".

Jono has independently developed the MSW mechanical biological treatment (MBT) technology, and launched the automatic disposal scheme of waste classification and treatment smart factory.   After the intelligent separation of mixed MSW, the disposal path for products includes: Aerobic/Anaerobic fermentation to produce high-quality biological fertilizer; plastic granulation; production of high calorific value refused derived fuel RDF.
