Frequency-controlled. The feed speed can be controlled automatically or manually according to the load detection of the Impact crusher; equipped with wear-resistant lining plate and easy to replace.

 

Heavy duty screen applied for structural stability; separate primary screen applied for higher screening efficiency than the monolithic type, reducing wear costs on the crushing chamber; double deck screen with different combinations of upper and lower deck; discharge to the side conveyor or the vibratory discharger and then to the main conveyor.

 

It is directly driven by hydraulic coupling wilh high efficiency. Multilayer chain curtain with rubber curtain and chain curtain ensures higher safety and less dust. The rotor speed Is adjustable, and the rotor Is designed anti-winding. The hammer wedge block locking mechanism Is easily disassembled. The hydraulic assisted adjustment of the impact plate is adjusted easily and fast. The belt tension mechanism of the main machine is simply operated and works reliably.

It Is Installed underneath the main crusher machine, which Is more able to withstand the direct impact of larger materials than a belt conveyor; it is equipped with a wear-resistant liner, which extends the service life and Is easy to replace.

 

Dust suppression system is effective in reducing dust emission and air pollution.

 

Oversized material can be returned for re-crushing, with adjustable installation inclination angle and high screening efficiency; industry leading vibrating motor with simple and reliable excitation vibrating structure, easy to Install; conveyor head can be folded to save space In transportation; conveyor for fines after secondary screening can be quickly Installed and dismantled.

 

The tall section can be rotated for returning or side discharging; the head and tail section of the conveyor can be folded to meet transport requirements; the inner side has wear plates for longer service life; both sides are designed with guard plates to prevent material leakage. By 2018, JONO has undertaken more than 80+ EPC Projects, which are distributed in more than 40 cities . Our equipment is capable of handling more than 50,000 tons of waste every day.Through persistence and accumulation, we have the proprietary knowledge of total solutions in eight segments, including Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), organic waste, decoration waste, construction waste, recyclables, bulky waste, industrial waste and landfill waste.


 

This project with the treatment capacity of 600t/d is set for a fine sorting of MSW before they were sent to the CFB (circulating fluidized bed) for incineration.it is the first pilot plant at Singapore to treat the non-source sorted waste, it includes pre-treatment, bio-drying and post-treatment, within the pre-treatment, HDPE, LDPE,PP and MIX PET will be sorted out, the remains will be sent to bio-drying box, after 8-9days, the water content will be reduced from 45% to 25%. After the post treatment,ferrous, non-ferrous and inert could be separated. Eventually the calorific value of RDF will be increased from 1000kcal/kg to 3800kcal/kg, which could reach the EU standard Class III. This MBT plant is focusing on recycling and RDF production, a good reference case for the idea of " waste to value".

Jono has independently developed the MSW mechanical biological treatment technology, and aunched the automatic disposal scheme of waste classification and treatment smart factory.   After the intelligent separation of mixed MSW, the disposal path for products includes: Aerobic/Anaerobic fermentation to produce high-quality biological fertilizer; plastic granulation; production of high calorific value refused derived fuel RDF.
